Friday, June 20th, 2042: Paige Tewe+ at first refused to leave today's Jersey City-Indianapolis game after he suffered a torn posterior cruciate ligament while running the bases. But his manager convinced him not to be foolish. "I want to be on the field," the feisty Indianapolis center fielder said. "I'll play through just about anything." Given time to reflect on the situation, he knew it was in his best interest to get immediate treatment. The injury is expected to keep Tewe+ out of action for 7-8 months.
