Monday, April 21st, 2042: The Kansas Talons were dealt a severe blow when Hugo Stinnes was hurt throwing a pitch recently in a game against the Halifax Hitmen. After the game, the team trainer reported Stinnes might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 25-year-old starting pitcher out for the rest of the season with a damaged elbow ligament. They indicated it would take Stinnes at least 11-12 months to heal.
